As a Social Influencer for Love to Slay, we collect your full name and the email address you used to create a Love to Slay account. We also collect your social media handle for marketing purposes and the images and videos you provide us with to be published publicly for promotional material.

To collect and further process your personal data for marketing purposes we rely on your consent. Your consent is freely given, we only collect personal data necessary to promote Love to Slay.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will remove your name, social media handle, images and videos from public platforms that were published by Love to Slay. Please note, we do not have control over material that has been copied from our website or social media platforms.

Right to Access

You can access your data processed by us at any time. We will confirm what data is being processed, provide you with a copy of your data in addition to confirming your data rights. When you fill in our consent form, we keep a record of when you signed the form and what information you are happy to provide and where you are happy for this data to be published permanently.

As a standard retention period, we store your images and videos for a period of 2 years in our media bank. After 2 years, your images and videos will no longer be used to promote Love to Slay and they will be erased from the media bank.

Any personal data published on the Love to Slay website or social media platforms operated by Love to Slay will remain public permanently unless you request erasure of your personal data.

We may share your personal data with the persons and in the contexts set out below:

  • Social Media providers including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube depending on your preferences;
  • Service providers who provide us with IT, system administration, and other services;

In exercising any of your rights, we will endeavour to act without undue delay but no later than one month. We will need to confirm your identity before completing any action on your behalf and reserve the right to not complete action until we are satisfied that it is you that is making the request. If we cannot complete your request, we will inform you within one month and explain why.
