I understand that I could not begin to understand the immense pain that the black community is facing around the globe right now and always. I am reflecting on how I can be a better ally for the black community as I am sure many of us are right now, equally as a brand we are striving to be as inclusive as we possibly can be by educating ourselves on how to effectively support the black community moving forward.
The Black Lives Matter movement is as important now as it always has been, and we have the chance to end this now. I have compiled a list of resources I have found useful, but I encourage you all to do your own research too.
